Job Title of Opening: Architect a
Under supervision of licensed architect and in the capacity of an Assistant Architect as directed participate entire design and construction process pertaining to redevelopment of interior remodeling of dialysis medical clinics. Working from requirements and blueprints prepare presentation packages for clients. Once accepted details the plans (working plans and drawings from sketches according to architectural specifications) to level necessary for preparation of constructions documents (incorporating input of contributing mechanical, HVAC and electrical engineers as well as RO Specialist (an RO specialist is the representative of medical equipment- medical equipment with a large footprint requiring specialized ventilation and power requirements). Participate in permit process. Perform due diligence required for selection of contractors. Monitor construction to insure that it comports to architectural specifications. * Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and one year of experience.
